Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MoverMunshi ("MoverMunshi", "we", "us") is a software service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India. GSTIN [GSTIN]. You can reach us at hello@movermunshi.com.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. What the service is

MoverMunshi is a customer relationship management tool for packers and movers businesses in India. It includes lead management, follow-up reminders, quotations and documents, trip tracking, payment records, reports, and an AI assistant referred to as AI Munshi.

AI Munshi advises you, the account holder. It does not communicate with your customers. Any message, quotation, document or tracking link that reaches your customer is one you chose to send.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything done under your account, including by your staff. Tell us promptly at hello@movermunshi.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

4. Your data, and our access to it

The customer records, leads, quotations, documents and other content you put into MoverMunshi remain yours. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with other MoverMunshi customers.

4.1 Platform staff access

MoverMunshi platform staff may access your account and the customer data within it for the following purposes:

• providing support when you raise a request or report a problem;
• maintenance, migration, backup and technical troubleshooting;
• investigating suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms;
• quality checks to confirm the service is working correctly;
• complying with a lawful order from a court or government authority.

Access is limited to staff who need it for these purposes. We do not use your customer data to contact your customers, and we do not use it to compete with you. The same position is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Data you upload about other people

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' personal information in MoverMunshi, and for how you use it. You must not upload data you are not entitled to hold.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use MoverMunshi to send unsolicited marketing messages, to store data obtained unlawfully, to reverse engineer or copy the service, to attempt to access another customer's workspace, to place excessive load on the service, or for any unlawful purpose.

Leads imported from a spreadsheet are marked as imported and are excluded from automated messaging. You must not work around this to message people who have not contacted your business.

6. Plans, payment and taxes

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in Indian Rupees through our payment partner. Prices shown on the pricing page exclude GST, which is charged additionally at the applicable rate.

We may change prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change applies to your account.

Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs until the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Availability

We work to keep MoverMunshi available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and events outside our control may cause downtime. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee.

8. AI-generated suggestions

AI Munshi produces suggestions based on the data in your account. Those suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. They are not professional, financial or legal advice. You remain responsible for every business decision you take, including pricing, quotations and commitments to customers.

9. Third-party services

MoverMunshi relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, messaging and AI processing. Your use of features that depend on them is also subject to their terms.

10. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we are required to by law. Where the situation allows, we will give you notice first.

After closure you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period we may delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, MoverMunshi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY], [STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction.
